Endlich ein Mehl, das beim Backen nicht klumpt – die feine Mahlung macht einen echten Unterschied. Der Teig für meine Pfannkuchen wurde dadurch so geschmeidig und locker. Werde nur noch dieses Oat Flour verwenden.

Swapped my usual all-purpose flour for this in a batch of banana muffins and the crumb came out so soft. It's milled really fine, no grittiness at all, and being gluten-free means my sister can actually eat what I bake now.

I've been blending this into my morning smoothies and it dissolves way smoother than regular rolled oats ever did. Being certified gluten-free is a big deal for me since I bake for a friend with celiac, and this hasn't caused any issues.
