抹茶拿鐵

The coconut milk makes this so much creamier than the plain matcha powders I used to whisk up, and the MCT oil gives me a steady lift without the jitters. I keep a pouch at my desk now and it's replaced my usual mid-morning snack.

I've been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and the energy feels steadier, no jittery crash around 4pm. The MCT oil plus coconut milk combo actually keeps me full until dinner, which I didn't expect from a drink mix.
