Our coconut flakes are very finely shredded and are certified organic, Non-GMO Project verified, sustainably grown, naturally sweet and gently dried.
Our organic, coconut flakes come from the white flesh of the mature coconut. In order to maintain the highest nutritive value, they are gently dried and shredded to produce our coconut flakes. Our pure coconut chips are as close to fresh as possible and naturally sweet. Coconut flakes have all of the healthful benefits and nourishing fats of coconut oil with additional dietary fiber and protein. Add to a delicious organic fruit bowl or use for a fine coconut topping. To make a coconut milk, blend 1 part coconut flakes to 3 parts water and strain through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. Our coconut flakes are delightfully delicious and make a healthy nutritious topping for smoothies or other recipes.
