Ceylon cinnamon, known as "true cinnamon," is the purest type of cinnamon. Most commercial cinnamon is of the Cassia variety, which has much less flavor or nutritional benefit since it contains much higher levels of coumarin. Ceylon cinnamon also has a more pleasant fragrance than the harsh, pungent Cassia cinnamon. Use our pure cinnamon in your recipes and taste the difference.
