オーガニックコルディセプスマッシュルームエキスパウダー

I noticed a real difference in my stamina during afternoon workouts after adding this to my smoothie for a week. The powder dissolves completely without any grittiness, which surprised me.

I mix a teaspoon into my morning tea and noticed steadier energy throughout the day, especially during workouts. The powder dissolves easily and has a mild earthy taste.

Two weeks in and the afternoon slump that used to hit around 3pm just isn't showing up anymore. The powder dissolves clean in hot water, no gritty sludge at the bottom of the mug, which was my worry with an extract. Only thing I'd change is the scoop size, it's tiny and easy to lose.
