I’ve been using this in my morning coffee instead of regular sugar, and the subtle caramel flavor is a nice upgrade. The 50 mesh grind dissolves way better than I expected for a date product.

The caramel and butterscotch notes are so much more interesting than plain white sugar, and the 50-mesh granulation dissolves nicely in my coffee. I love that it's just organic dried dates with nothing else added.

I've been swapping this into my oatmeal instead of brown sugar and the caramel notes come through way more than I expected. It's a 50 mesh grind so it dissolves quickly and doesn't leave that gritty texture. Nice to have a sweetener that's just organic Deglet Noor dates and nothing else.
