Flohsamen-Schalen-Pulver

The ultra-fine texture of this psyllium powder mixes into my morning smoothie without any clumping, which is a huge improvement over the gritty stuff I used. My digestion has been noticeably smoother since I started using it a week ago.

Mixing a teaspoon into my morning water is now just habit, and my digestion has honestly never been this regular. The 99% purity matters to me since I've tried cheaper powders that had a gritty aftertaste, but this one dissolves smooth.

I was worried the ultra-fine texture would clump, but it dissolves smooth in a glass of cold water with just a quick stir. Two weeks in and my digestion is noticeably more regular. The 99% purity claim seems legit since there's no gritty residue at the bottom.
